By accessing and using SmartKare's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

SmartKare provides professional cleaning and maintenance services including:

• Commercial janitorial services
• Post-construction cleanup
• Facility maintenance
• Specialized cleaning services

Service Terms

• All services are subject to availability and scheduling
• Pricing is based on project scope and requirements
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Liability

SmartKare is fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided and in accordance with our insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.
